American Stage
American Stage is a nonprofit professional theatre company in downtown St. Petersburg, begun in 1977 and known as the longest-running professional theatre in Tampa Bay. It produces a mainstage season at the Raymond James Theatre, stages free outdoor American Stage in the Park productions, and runs a new-play festival. Its education department offers a drama school, summer camps and touring shows for schools.
