American Stage Summer Camp

Theatre camp in downtown St. Petersburg taught by working theatre professionals. About twenty sessions run across the summer, from one-week introductions to topics like puppetry and playwriting up to a four-week musical theatre intensive that ends in a full production, with themes changing year to year. Campers ages 5 to 17 are grouped by age. Tuition ranges from roughly $300 for a one-week session to about $1,200 for the four-week intensive, and need-based financial assistance is available.
