Tampa Bay Watch
Tampa Bay Watch is a nonprofit, founded in 1993, that works to protect and restore the Tampa Bay estuary through hands-on community projects. Volunteers and staff build oyster reefs, grow salt marsh plants with local schools, clear discarded fishing line and run coastal cleanups, and the group offers environmental education across Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee counties. It is based in Tierra Verde and also runs the Discovery Center on the St. Pete Pier.
