Summer Camps at the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg

Week-long art camps held inside the museum on Beach Drive, where kids create just steps from the collection. Recent themes include Art & Archaeology and a STEAM camp tying art to marine science (both ages 6 to 10, each with a local field trip), plus an Art Lab for ages 11 to 13 that can be booked by the day or the week. Camp runs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with gallery scavenger hunts, painting, printmaking and upcycled art. Members pay a lower weekly rate. Weeks are small and often sell out, with waitlists available, and scholarships for ages 10 to 17 come through the St. Pete Arts Alliance Funding Futures program.
