Sports-focused summer weeks at the South Tampa Family YMCA on South Himes Avenue: an all-summer sports camp and swim camp, plus basketball and dance weeks split by age. Campers are 6 to 12, and YMCA members pay a lower weekly rate.
These week-long specialty camps run alongside the YMCA's traditional summer day camp, so families can book a sport-specific week instead of the general programme. Weeks are numbered through the summer, with each sport or age group offered on selected weeks.
