Summer day camp at the Craig Park Recreation Center, grouping children by the grade they are entering: Spongers for kindergarten through 2nd, Stingrays for 3rd through 5th, and Spartans for 6th through 8th, with up to 25 kids per group. Camp runs Monday to Friday from early June to early August, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended care from 7:30 to 8 a.m. and 5 to 5:30 p.m. for a small weekly fee. Families can buy the full nine-week block or pay weekly, with lower rates for Tarpon Springs recreation card holders. Registration opens in April, and daily updates go out through the Remind app.
